PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF THE REGIONAL PEOPLE'S REPRESENTATIVE BOARD OF BENGKULU CITY FOR THE 2019-2024 PERIOD IN MAKING REGIONAL REGULATIONS

Abstract


The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of the Bengkulu metropolitan city DPRD for the 2019-2024 period as a whole in making regional regulations. The information series method used in this research is a qualitative technique with qualitative research techniques. The research results are explained descriptively and analytically. The techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. This review uses 8 performance indicators taken from several elements of 3 theories of professional opinion and then mixed into indicators for this review. They also examined 10 related informants. There are 7 members of the metropolitan city DPRD, 1 chairman of the metropolitan city DPRD, and 2 people from the metropolitan city DPRD office/Secretariat. The research was carried out at the Bengkulu City DPRD office, party offices and several other public places. The observation time starts from the beginning of the statement, namely December 2020.
