This study analyzes the Law’s globalization movement focused on judicial action. As a starting point, it takes two known models of study: the thesis of ordained pluralism based on Delmas-Marty’s clouds, and the process of transconstitutionalism designed by Marcelo Neves, based on bridges transition. The research evaluates the assimilation of the Law’s globalization by the jurisprudence of the brazilian Supreme Court, focused on press freedom.References
