Crônicas do Direito Internacional dos Investimentos

Com essa edição, a Revista Brasileira de Direito Internacional abre uma página intitulada “Temas do Direito Internacional dos Investimentos” cujo objetivo é informar os leitores sobre esse ramo do direito internacional e, outrossim, sobre as grandes problemáticas, as questões polêmicas e os grandes debates nele presentes e, às vezes, persistentes. A forma escolhida, para tanto, é temática: em cada edição da Revista, alguns temas serão apresentados e discutidos de uma maneira sucinta e concisa: não se trata de artigos, mas de crônicas. Os temas examinados nessa edição são os seguintes: Tema 1: A identificação dos investimentos internacionais no Direito Internacional dos Investimentos. Tema 2: O Uso da Cláusula da Nação Mais Favorecida no Direito internacional dos investimentos: de uma proteção substancial a uma proteção processual.
