Abstract

Apresentamos, neste dossiê especial da Revista de Direito Internacional, artigos selecionados da III Conferência Bienal da Rede Latino-Americana de Direito Econômico Internacional (Red DEI) - "O papel da América Latina no Direito Internacional Econômico". A III Conferência Bienal da Red DEI realizou-se na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), em Porto Alegre, entre os dias 22 e 24 de outubro de 2015, e foi organizada em parceria com o Centro Universitário de Brasília (UniCEUB), a Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Direito SP), a Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), a Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB) e a Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Para tanto, contou-se com o financiamento público do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq) e da Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (FAPERGS), além de patrocínios privados

  • Michelle Ratton Sanchez-Badin, Fundação Getulio Vargas São Paulo Law School
    Michelle Ratton Sanchez is professor at Getulio Vargas Foundation School of Law (DireitoGV), in São Paulo, Brazil. She has a Ph.D. from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP). She was visiting scholar at the International Law Section of the Graduate Institute of International Studies (GIIS), in Geneva, Switzerland (2001), and Global Crystal Eastman Fellow of the Global Law Program at the Univeristy of New York (2007). Her areas of interest are international economic law, international trade regulation and development, non-state actors influence and participation in international fora and policies, and methods of teaching and research on International Law in Brazil.
