Covid, covax e o refluxo da governança global

O caminho em direção à sempre crescente globalização das relações sociais aparece como inexorável. Como parte desse caminho surgem noções como Ação Administrativa Global, Autoridade Pública Internacional, Bens Públicos Globais. Todas essas noções implicam o reconhecimento de temas de interesse público comum e a necessidade de respostas coletivas. A Pandemia do Covid-19 faz, em certa medida, a prova da globalização e dos problemas comuns que colocam em risco o Bem Público saúde. O Bem Público Global, construído, que se apresenta como melhor resposta à pandemia, a Vacina, é parte de um mecanismo de Governança coletiva que é o Covax. A despeito da retórica a respeito da vacina e de seu status, o funcionamento e os resultados do Covax se mostram insuficientes e mais aptos a demonstrarem as resistências ao esforço coletivo e a tendência dos atores de se recolherem ao individualismo ou nacionalismo.References
