Este artigo tem como objetivo estabelecer as opções do acesso transnacional à justiça das vítimas de atividades de empresas transnacionais, expondo o mecanismo de extensão extraterritorial da jurisdição nacional e seus limites, bem com a possível adoção de tratado sobre direitos humanos e empresas transnacionais. Por meio do método dedutivo e da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, concluiu-se que as vítimas de violações de direitos humanos causados pelas atividades de empresas transnacionais.References
