Religion and morality are recalcitrant areas to processes of internationalization of law. In this paper, we study the influence of these issues in the case of termination of pregnancy of anencephalic fetus, from the case studies in the United States, Argentina and Brazil and analysis of the Dutch legal system to check the tension and show possible solutions to problem.References
