Abstract

The International Technical Cooperation is one of the most important and evident areas of the International Cooperation. In Brazil, the technical cooperation is an important instrument of foreign policy, furthermore it results in a great impact within the country through the received cooperation from other countries and also from International Organizations. The so-called ‘CTRM’ can be considered the most important type of cooperation for the Brazilian national policy, due to number of executed projects in Brazil and to the volume of resources involved.
