This book review constitutes a synthesis of the main points of Cass R. Sunstein’s Simpler: the future of government. In this sense, it gives emphasis to the summary of the arguments brought by the author in his defense of simpler regulatory procedures. Lastly, it asserts to relevant scientific contribution of the book on affirmation of citizens’ welfare as a central element of regulatory relations.References
