Na maior parte das vezes, quando se fala do diálogo entre música e direito, pensa-se ou nos direitos autorais musicais ou no conteúdo jurídico de letras de música. Superando essa dicotomia redutora e superficial, o artigo cuida explorar outras possibilidades de interação mais profunda entre o jurídico e o musical: a dimensão hermenêutica, a dimensão comportamental, a dimensão política, a dimensão silenciosa, a dimensão ética e a dimensão imagética. A partir daí, são analisadas algumas possibilidades de interação (nem sempre pacífica) entre Música, Estado e Direito.References
