LEGAL FOUNDATIONS AND FEATURES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE BUDGETARY SPHERE IN UKRAINE AND ABROAD

The relevance of the study of public administration in the budgetary sphere is associated with the latest changes and reforms in this sector in Ukraine. The purpose this paper is to investigate the legal foundations and features of public administration in the budgetary sphere through the coverage of theoretical and practical aspects of the problem, as well as to conduct a comparative analysis of the functioning of public administration in the budgetary sphere both in Ukraine and abroad. The study was performed using various methodological approaches and concepts, among which it is worth highlighting the theoretical methodological approach, the synthesis method, the functional methodological approach. In the course of studying public administration in the budgetary sphere, the main tasks were completed, namely the theoretical aspect of the study related to the definition of the terms “public administration” and “budgetary sphere”.
