The legal regime of political and economic regional integration

The purpose of this article is to examine the legal international circulation of goods’ regulation, starting by analyzing the characteristics of each regionalism as a kind of integration. It asserts the autonomy and importance of Community Law, and it defends it is application as a mean providing pacification to international conflicts. By the use of literature and documentary review techniques, the present article attempts to present, the overall characteristics and the political/economic process of integration, as well as its’ legal organization, with the intention of assisting students explore this topic.References
