A reconstrução da jurisdição pelo espaço digital: redes sociais, blockchain e criptomoedas como propulsores da mudança

O termo jurisdição, em sua concepção tradicional, possui forte correlação com a atuação monopolística estatal e a ideia de territorialidade. Este artigo expõe a reconstrução do conceito de jurisdição pelo espaço virtual, devido à capacidade das tecnologias induzirem um grau de confiança e velocidade para a solução de conflitos pouco observados anteriormente. Em específico, analisa-se como a dinâmica das redes sociais e a tecnologia de blockchain – assim como uma de suas aplicações, as criptomoedas - agirão como propulsores desta tendência. A hipótese é testada por meio do método indutivo e através da pesquisa bibliográfica-documental.Downloads
